Make Time to Save Thyme: Preserving & Cooking with Herbs You've Grown

Learn what to do with your beautiful herbs during this presentation by Julie Iverson, who will discuss using fresh, dried and frozen herbs in your kitchen as well as how to preserve them to have wonderful flavors all year. She'll share her favorite recipes using common kitchen herbs, do food tastings and conduct a show-and-tell using herbs. This program is presented by the Indianapolis Garden Club and Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.
