You must be 18 years old or older, reside in Marion County, and not have a current library card. For all other situations please apply in person at any Indianapolis Public Library branch.
Please note: This form cannot be used to renew an existing Library card. If you need to renew an expired Library card, please visit one of our branch locations in person. If you already have a Library card in your name, you will not be able to apply for an additional (duplicate) Library card.
