Learn a new language, find a book in your native language, help an English language learner obtain help, practice your speaking skills, or learn about a new culture!
Interlibrary Loan extends Library service beyond local boundaries by borrowing materials from other libraries for our cardholders. We also loan material from our own collection to other libraries across the state and the country.
Outreach Services brings the Library to your neighborhood. Services include public Bookmobile stops and community event appearances.
IndyPL actively promotes the joy and power of sharing books by providing access outside our buildings and electronically, 24/7.
The Seed Library provides seeds for check-out as well as education and resources about growing and saving seeds, and organic gardening.
The Shared System is an interlibrary collaboration between The Indianapolis Public Library, schools, and museums. The System allows members and students to use their IndyPL Library cards to borrow materials from their own library as well as IndyPL's collection.
