The Library Services Center is not a branch of the library. It houses the Library's administrative offices and Indy Library Store.

The Library Services Center is the administration building for the Library, and does not have public access for materials or computers. The building opened in 1993 and houses Outreach Services (Bookmobile), Shipping and Receiving, Supply, Collection Management, the Library Foundation, Human Resources, Communications & Marketing, and Information Technology. The Indy Library Store Book Sale is also held at the Library Services Center.
