Indianapolis Public Library locations have meeting rooms available during all public hours of operation.
Spaces are available to rent at all IndyPL locations except for Garfield Park and the InfoZone. Additionally, the Library Services Center (LSC) and Central Library have meeting spaces available after business hours for an additional security fee. For the full room rental policy, please refer to the Indianapolis Public Library Meeting Room Guidelines.
To reserve a meeting room, a fully completed and signed meeting room reservation form must be submitted for approval at least two (2) weeks in advance of the event. Many of the Library's rental spaces are popular and fill up quickly. Meeting rooms may be booked one (1) year in advance. Reservations for the following year are accepted beginning September 1.
In fulfillment of our mission to provide access to ideas representing all points of view on all subjects, IndyPL offers space to area 501(c)3 organizations at a reduced rate. Nonprofit organizations must submit their 501(c)3 status to receive this discount.
All required fees must be paid at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Use of Library meeting rooms is limited to the type of meeting or activity stated on the application.
