Award-winning author Francesca Zappia to visit Central Library for Author Talk

Francesca Zappia, an award-winning author of young adult books, will visit Central Library on Tuesday, April 18, 6 - 7 p.m., for a talk and Q&A session for teens and adults.

Zappia will share her latest book, Greymist Fair, a suspenseful and inventive murder mystery infused with magic and inspired by the lesser-known fairytales of the Brothers Grimm.

“Zappia is an extremely talented author,” said Kirsten Weaver, teen programming specialist at The Indianapolis Public Library. “We are excited to bring her to Central Library for this event as part of our ongoing Young Adult Author Visit Series.”

Books will be available for purchase on-site from Kids Ink Children's Bookstore. A book signing will directly follow the talk. This event is free and open to the public, but registration is required to attend.

Zappia lives in Indiana and is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis. Her books include Made You Up, Eliza and Her Monsters, and Now Entering Addamsville.

This event is made possible by Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.
